It all begins with an idea.
1. Description of Commissioned Work
The Artist agrees to create a custom artwork as described below:

2. Compensation and Payment Terms
- Total Price: $____________________
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% ($_____________) is due upon signing this Agreement.
- The remaining balance of 75% ($_____________) is due upon completion of the work and before final delivery.
- Payment is to be made via: [e.g., bank transfer, PayPal, cash, etc.]
3. Delivery of Artwork
Upon final payment, the Artist will deliver the completed artwork in the agreed format (physical/digital).
All physical or digital assets related to the commissioned work will be handed over to the Client upon final payment.
4. Copyright and Usage Rights
The Artist retains all copyrights to the commissioned artwork.
The Client receives personal, non-commercial usage rights to the artwork unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
The Artist reserves the right to display the commissioned work in their online portfolio, social media, website,
promotional materials, and for other forms of non-commercial self-promotion.
5. Revisions and Modifications
Minor revisions (if needed) may be requested during the creation process.
Additional changes outside of the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges and time extensions.
6. Cancellation Policy
If the Client cancels the project after the deposit is paid, the deposit is non-refundable.
If the Artist cancels the project for any reason, all payments made by the Client will be refunded in full.
7. Agreement
By signing below, both parties agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
